STOP GRIPING AND TAKE BACK YOUR COUNTRY

This is my first blog but I thought a simple man with good common sense and great conviction could take a step at getting back our country. How long are we going to gripe about what is going on in this country instead of doing something about it? Each day or so I will talk about a different subject that I feel is impacting our country. If you feel the need to talk about something else bring it up and we will see where it goes. I will try to post solutions to what is going on as I hope you will do the same. Before we get started I will let you know that I am an independant that is very conservative. I try to go by the constitution but sometimes my heart and emotions get in the way. I feel the only use the federal government has in the U.S.A. for protection. I feel that the states should have 95% or more of the power to govern it's people. With that said lets move onto our first talk.

I want to talk or rant about gas prices today! Within the last few hours or so the gas prices here in W.N.C. have jumped about a dollar (more or less). 1st of all we should not even be paying over a dollar for a gallon of gas, much less more than 4.00. With the amount of oil we have in Alaska,California, Texas, and the black hills area of south dakota it should be free. Thats not to mention anwar or off shore. If we drilled like we could or should we could set the market for oil prices. Now on a side note the black hill section is and should be under the jurisdiction of, I believe, the Sioux nation.

Lets call our congressman and pressure them into off and on shore drilling. Let them know to put forth a bill about oil drilling and oil drilling only. Don't throw some crap agenda in there just so the other side wont go for it. Remind them it is there place to serve the needs of the district and their nation not their party. If you dont know who to call Google them, it's easy but it may take some time but with a collective effort we can stand up and take back america.
